2.2 jiliclub implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures. All Members are required to complete identity verification — by submitting a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification — before processing their first withdrawal. Where age verification cannot be confirmed, jiliclub reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any funds pending satisfactory verification.
2.3 If jiliclub discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under 21 years of age, jiliclub will immediately suspend that Member's account, void all gameplay and wagering activity conducted during the underage period, and retain or return funds at jiliclub's sole discretion in accordance with applicable international gaming authority guidelines.
2.4 You must be a natural person and must not be accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity for gaming purposes.
2.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating. jiliclub makes no representation that use of the Platform is appropriate or lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside of the Platform's intended operating regions.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) jiliclub account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, will be treated as duplicate accounts. jiliclub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated balances, and permanently bar the individual from registering again.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must notify jiliclub promptly of any material changes to your registered details via live chat or email support.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jiliclub will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account access must not be shared with or transferred to any third party. You must not permit any other individual to use your jiliclub account to wager on your behalf.
3.5 jiliclub reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jiliclub has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that jiliclub deems contrary to the fair operation of the Platform.
4.1 All transactions on the jiliclub platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jiliclub does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to Member accounts.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Supported methods are displayed on the Cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.3 Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) verification. jiliclub reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit and to delay or withhold crediting of funds pending satisfactory AML review.
4.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day.
4.5 jiliclub does not charge Members a withdrawal processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jiliclub bears no responsibility.
4.6 jiliclub will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The receiving account must be registered in the same name as the jiliclub Member account.
4.7 In cases where jiliclub has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, jiliclub reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
5.1 jiliclub offers promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") as stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. jiliclub strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering with the sole intention of meeting wagering requirements with minimal risk; using wagering strategies that exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
5.4 jiliclub reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the relevant Member account, where jiliclub determines in its sole discretion that bonus abuse has occurred.
5.5 Promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by jiliclub at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for any promotion is determined by jiliclub in its sole discretion.
6.1 All slot game outcomes on jiliclub are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published in the game's information panel and are derived from long-term statistical testing by the game provider.
6.2 All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling — as applicable to the game type — conducted by licensed dealer studios. jiliclub does not influence live dealer outcomes in any way.

6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the affected round or bet may be voided at jiliclub's sole discretion. jiliclub will not be liable for any claimed winnings or losses arising from a technical malfunction.
6.5 Members must not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the jiliclub Platform. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and associated funds may be voided.

8.2 Members who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via live chat support. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and, once applied, cannot be reversed.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 jiliclub's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.
10.3 jiliclub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the Platform at their own risk.
11.1 jiliclub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, jiliclub will take reasonable steps to notify Members via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.
11.2 Your continued use of the jiliclub platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via live chat support.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which jiliclub holds its operating licence.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and jiliclub, the Member should contact jiliclub's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jiliclub will endeavour to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process as specified in jiliclub's licence documentation.
